The information and content supplied by the BM&F Carbon Facility may be altered, cancelled or terminated at any time without previous notice at the sole discretion of BM&F and the Rio de Janeiro Stock Exchange (BVRJ).

Each and every content generated by the BM&F Carbon Facility has a strictly informative nature and does not create any liability for the BM&F Carbon Facility itself, neither for BM&F or BVRJ, be it due to the information disclosed or to any damage or harm that may occur as a result of its observation. These information items do not represent a purchase or sale commitment of any kind.

The information supplied and any other existing content in the BM&F Carbon Facility does not mean that BM&F and BVRJ are actually rendering investment consulting services of any kind nor does it mean that they are providing recommendations regarding profitability, liquidity, adjustment or risk of registered Projects or any products derived therefrom. Both BM&F and BVRJ emphasize that each and every investment decision made by the Participant (Participant of the Project or of the Project Idea Note or of the Expression of Interest) must be preceded by adequate professional advice and guidance.

Trademarks and Logos

Copyright protection and intellectual property on the content of the BM&F Carbon Facility, as well as on its applications and electronic systems, are of exclusive ownership of BM&F and BVRJ, unless otherwise indicated.

Disclosure of Information

Any use, exploitation, commercialization, reproduction, alteration, copying or dissemination thereof, for any purpose or form, of all or part of the information and other existing content contained in the BM&F Carbon Facility, without BM&F and BVRJ’s prior express authorization, is strictly prohibited. The Participant, may, however, change or make amendments in the data which they supply at any time, pursuant to the terms and conditions set forth by BM&F.

Liabilities

Both BM&F and BVRJ, and their directors, managers and employees, shall not be deemed liable for any personal loss or damage, of any kind and value, which the Participant or third parties may incur as a result of: (i) the intentional interception of the information or other available content by unauthorized parties; (ii) the misuse of information and its applications and systems; (iii) the occurrence of any failure, breakdown, difficulty or interruption in the access to or use of the BM&F Carbon Facility computer system, its applications and contents.
